The Service We Provide

The Independent Paving Company

The agreement for the actual grading and paving work is between you and them directly, and it's their written scope, their quote, and their name on any workmanship guarantee that follows. They own the drainage grading, the base compaction, the paving and the finish, start to finish.
Money and Invoicing
We never collect a payment or send an invoice for grading or paving work. What you owe goes straight to the company that did the job, paid on the terms you settled with them. Anything about billing — a disputed charge, a question on the invoice — gets sorted with them first, not through our dispatch line.
What a Quote Actually Means
Nothing has a real price until a paving company has been to the site, read the drainage, and put a number in writing — a phone estimate or anything printed on this website is not that number. When a Job Needs Fixing
